/AHSG/ Atlantic Hurricane Season General - AUTISTIC GAS RUNS Edition

>Current Rundown

Hurricane Dorian is currently at 110 mph sustained winds, expected to quickly reach Cat 4 Hurricane status after it clipped Puerto Rico into mostly open waters & sits about 250 miles from the southeastern Bahamas. As of now, almost the entire Florida peninsula is inside the forecast cone & effects are expected to be felt sometime Saturday night in eastern Florida, with landfall late Sunday/early Monday morning. The current track is uncertain, so plan now accordingly. Many gas & water runs are being reported across the entire state.

I work with a gas station and we've ran out of gas every day by 5 since they announced it was coming our way. Get stocked up on booze and weed if that's your thing. Stay safe.

Kek

lol this is actually exactly what happened when I went past that sign on I-95 when moving into the state. Lightning struck a tree about 100 feet to the right of the road.

Why is there not an autist that has put together all the different probablities of the models and their success rates into an average?

Besides this storm, in Miami it's been crazy regular thunderstorms all week. I mean on like Wednesday night there was a downpour that flooded the roads the whole way home, even this morning it poured. there were like three accidents just on the way to work this morning.

waiting for the hashtags to start coming in

Yeah it was raining this morning on my way to work, my whole area is a floodzone too.

How expensive is hurricane proof housing? It'd be cool to sit through a cat 5 and shitpost

overtown miami user here, how fucked am I?

727 checking in

trump makes liberals so mad they've started praying to god LOL

Is this is it? Is this all you can conjure, Saruman?

There is no hurricane proof house really but just to do hurricane glass in my little shitbox house is like 50 grand.

My nigga

Usually decent shutters are enough, cat 5’s are rare. Power is the issue, and that comes down to your areas infrastructure. Underground power lines are fine, above grounds get fucked

good one from yesterday

Attached: 1536925723012.png (766x679, 278K)

gasoline lasts a decent six months without any additives. holy shit guys, at least store a few gallons prior to this shit. good luck

Attached: glenLerner.jpg (400x500, 37K)

>no such thing as hurricane proof housing
sure about that?

Does gasoline evaporate? My garage gets super fucking hot

>water runs are being reported across the entire state.
You can drink tap water you fucking morons!

OHHH YEEEAAAAHHHHHH

Attached: 1544260850556.webm (640x480, 969K)

make sure you keep it in open jugs and burn candles when the power goes out.

I dunno, I know jack shit about overtown.

reminder, white people who live in tropical climates deserve their fate as tropical climates are for niggers and brown people.

of course it evaporates, that's why there are specific canisters to store gas. cmon son

Attached: 250px-Mrs._Vanderbilt.png (250x372, 133K)

To be fair we kinda had to develop this shit, because we get lambasted by hurricanes on both sides every fucking years, being that we are right in the ecuatorial line

these unholy cunts dont realize that canes make us hard and give us more power and mutate with the vortex

Nice.

>doesn't want to gentrify area that niggers openly sell drugs on the street so that whites can have affordable housing in Miami
man, come on. property values are jack shit here. you can get a nice 3br/2ba right on 3rd ave near 20th st for $150-175k

Attached: 76534655876588.gif (1022x1146, 3.13M)

I mean does heat evaporate it in a proper canister?

digits and it makes a sharp right turn and rides the gulf stream all the way to New York.

you can't drink the water after a hurricane

>really want a chicken tendies sub
>don't want to have to deal spics and mass hysteria at publix

that is one strong storm

Attached: 5476586475744.gif (1000x800, 167K)

That's cause my area is already being gentrified.

earth.nullschool.net/

hey fuck you wisegoy

Publix down the street usually has fire dept and cops crowding up the deli line around this time of day

Attached: mivegas.jpg (1648x1041, 438K)

321 here. Just started pulling out the plywood to batten the hatches. It is absolutely disgusting out right now. zero wind full humidity.

Orlando here, am I fucked?

post OC

I am Rock Hard.

What if I order online?

Overtown is disgusting. There are literally niggers standing on the street corners selling crack. It would be fine if you had the money to buy up property there as in another 20 years or something it will probably be expensive and full of zoomer thots.

GFS 12z pushes it back to the east coast again (6z had it cutting from Miami to Tampa)
gonna be exciting to see what the euro 12z says

Jacksonville fag here. Walmart only allowing 2 waters per customer with guards around it. I bet south FL is a zoo.

doordash is still delivering in miami lads, I guess gas isn't that bad.

I made this post in the last thread out of curiosity. Also I would like to add that my sister and I were always disappointed when the hurricanes made a turn and hit another part of the gulf coast. I secretly still always hope wherever I live gets a direct hit. I've never told anyone that. I always say, "man, I sure hope that storm doesn't hit here." But deep down, I always wish for it to be in my backyard. Is there anything wrong with me?

Anyway, here is my post from last thread.

Why do the majority of hurricanes always hit the US at night? I've never experienced a hurricane in the daytime.
>t. literal oldfag
How many folks on Jow Forums today remember all the way back to hurricane elena? That's the one that basically hit the gulf coast twice. Good times.

Attached: elena-track-1985_29535392_ver1.0.png (864x486, 242K)

I know. I bought one of the newly built houses last year. Sucks that I have to have literal steel bars reinforcing my windows to protect from cultural enrichment, but also happy I am part of a trend pushing this scum out of the area. I think OT will go way of Wynwood within 5 yrs. It's already waaay different than even just a year ago. Hoping for Dorian to come destroy some nigger projects.

bruh. brevard is already a zoo south florida must be fucking madmax tier by now

Ive asked the same question. They almost always hit at night. I cant recall being in a hurricane during the day.

That's Miley Cyrus back when she was daisy fresh girl

Starting to wonder if I should have gotten sandbags

So if it crosses the tip of the Florida peninsula and heads out into the Gulf of Mexico how far west will it continue to track and what are the chances it will develop into a Cat 5 over the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico??

Shoot grenades into it.

Hurricane Michael hit during the day last year.

You can never tell how much damage has occurred untill the sun comes up. I think it adds a bit of suspense when they hit at night.

weird $1 less than yesterday.

So go get sand bags? The storm is like 5 days away dude

Not as much as the Torontofag posting above. Stay safe, fren

if it moves over land it'll lose a lot of power, and it'll eventually be pushed north. I guess it all depends on how much it stays on land compared to how long it stays in the gulf

BANETTA?

>It's gonna rip up the Peninsula, then get into the Gulf, then hit the Panhandle dead-on at St. Marks as a strong Cat3.
fuck you digits

This. It's really going to hit Tampa Bay twice.

pretty sure that is a cookie cake of some sort.
not just a giant chocolate chip cookie.

you remind me of a finn i talked to here who has a cousin in orlando, user

anyone living north of the centre of the storm is going to be fucked by the storm surge and if it does hit as a Cat 4, it will broadside most of Central Florida with a decent sized storm surge.

/321/ in the house

I'll be sure to take photos and shit as it goes. Wont be much to see tho, and I'm certainly not stepping outside (pressure difference when you open your door can really fuck shit up, plus the whole flying debri thing) but there will be plenty of post apocalyptic pix, that I can assure you

Attached: 3411988282853.gif (374x210, 1.34M)

You are psychotic I've never talked to you.

Why does this look worse from what the media is saying its going to be?
