IQ does not mean much if you’re not willing to put any time and effort in understanding computational methods or things pertaining computer science. Programmers don’t create complex algorithms by solely relying on their IQ. They first learn how to write a print statement, what data types are, how to use if statements, variables, and other programming terms.

If things are too hard for you, then break the difficult parts into smaller pieces until you understand every specific piece well and good.

If you're actually being sincere here, race is not actually the #1 indicator of competence. That's why if you watch a show like live PD you'll notice that all the people in poor, drug ridden areas are mongs regardless of race. It is a factor, but degree of education, financial standing, and whether or not you come from a broken home are much more accurate predictors of outcomes. It's just that not as many blacks currently meet those minimum requirements, in part due to historic problems but mostly due to their own shite culture of violence and poor behavior. So yeah while blacks on average do have lower IQs, if you feel like you're smart and do well in math/programming/etc. then I expect you will do reasonably fine. Not everyone has a mind for programming though regardless of race, so you'll just have to figure out whether or not you do
