It is logic. The purpose of sex is procreation. You should only engage in sexual intercourse with someone whom you would marry. Thus, anyone whom you would have sex with, you should already have been in a relationship with, and taken previous steps of establishing trust and mutual understanding.
Someone who is "loose" or "slutty" is untrustworthy. They flagrantly disregard the bonds of a relationship and the sexual intercourse that comes with it. To them, sex is nothing more than an activity to engage in, no different from sports or reading. They place no value on sex beyond the pleasure it gives them, and they do not value you as a person beyond the pleasure you provide.
It is not the human body that is shameful, but those that would expose it so willingly.

Personally, I have no problems with nudity as long as it is not sexual in nature. The problem is that most people who are nude in modern society are trying to make some statement about sexuality, or are just exhibitionists. It is fine for people to see each other naked as long as everyone involved is comfortable.
