And that can be usually determined as they say in the first few seconds of meeting, which is when you shake hands, and look them in the eye.

That shit does not work;having a strong resume;formatted to look professional as fuck, and using the correct buzzwords on applications DOES work. Every time you take an assessment you're either FAR RIGHT, or FAR LEFT on the scale. It's all bullshit. NEVER have I gotten a job through the method you're pushing. It's always been through resume.
