I’ve enjoyed the ideas of many enlightened socialist thinkers, Charles Fourier had great ideas within the frame work of utopian socialism. I think what that sect lacked was economic security, which Marx seemed to understand better. I’ve never been a big fan of Marx, though I do appreciate his stance towards complacency in a corrupt system, and his appreciation for the more romantic side to socialism.
