Another funny coincidink is the turnout sored from 50 percent to 66.6 percent. Levels of participation last seen in 1999. Another tidbit. Mail in voting almost doubled since last election. And mailin favours all parties but afd (this at least parts of it can be explained by demographics: younger people tend to mailvote and younger peoole tend to not vote afd)

Not saying it's not a very stupid system, basically it boils down to Germany now being so poor and shitty, some poor small communes can't afford to have their own election bureaus to count the absentee ballots just for their own communes so they pool them together.
I can believe it though, seeing how poor and shitty Germany has become.
There is voter fraud in Germany but this isn't it, they wouldn't make it that obvious, don't be stupid and use your brain
