On Wednesday, September 4th, the Massachusetts legislature's Joint Committee on Transportation will hold a hearing on legislation (H.3012/S.2061) that would make the Commonwealth a "sanctuary state" for illegal aliens. The legislation would limit law enforcement agencies' ability to ask about a person's immigration status and to notify ICE about the release of prisoners. A provision to ban so-called 287(g) agreements with ICE would terminate agreements with the Massachusetts Department of Corrections, the Bristol County Sheriff's Office, and the Plymouth County Sheriff's Department to monitor and deport criminal aliens in custody.
The Massachusetts Coalition for Immigration Reform (MCIR) is seeking people to testify against the legislation. The hearing will be held at 10 am in Room B-1 of the State House (24 Beacon St, Boston, MA 02133).
If you want to testify please email [email protected] so he can inform MCIR. They will contact you and arrive early before the hearing to coordinate testimony. If MCIR can get four volunteers the committee will set up a separate panel for the group.

Forgot this the dangers of sanctuary cities, like the seven illegals arrested for rape in the last month in Montgomery county, Maryland, or Kate Steinle, or the death of three year old Marten Kuldis, or the accident on the highway in NH where an illegal from Ukraine killed seven. Any other sanctuary stories you know bring them up.
Is there some secret form of extortion compelling elected officials EVERYWHERE to put the interests of foreign criminals above the interests of the citizens they serve? Like a nuclear bomb under the John Hancock Tower that will detonate if illegal immigrants aren't coddled? Or do politicians just think this is a good idea?
