>The hearing was held after Flynn accused the government last Friday of withholding evidence in his case in a filing that claimed special counsel Robert Mueller’s team had engaged in “pernicious” conduct.
>The filing asked that the judge hold the prosecutors in contempt for allegedly not meeting their discovery obligations. Flynn has also complained to the judge that the government won’t give his lawyers security clearances that they need to review documents related to the case, such as the transcript of his calls with Russian officials.
>Flynn pleaded guilty in December 2017 to lying to the FBI about those calls.
>According to the minute order on Thursday, U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan told Flynn’s lawyers that he would first deal with the broader request that the government produce more evidence, before turning to the security clearance issue. The order suggests the hearing was called specifically in response to the security clearance request.
Flynn is on another level of chess and has been playing the long long LONG game. He purposefully walked into the FBI and knew he was being illegally surveilled. He lied to them because when the case went to court it would expose how they only knew he was lying because of the illegal surveillance.

Every shill, every nigger cube employee, every actor and e-celeb are all going to prison. Keep shilling your bullshit though faggot.
Matthew Smith
Are you saying we shouldn’t trust the plan or trust Trump or trust Q, you Discord tranny ROLCON STALWART Shareblue DemocRAT shill? Gitmo’s being prepared for you guys as we speak.
Julian Moore
>discord tranny Imagine being so bad at shilling you need to come up with new scapegoats and buzzwords on a daily basis to attack people with. You have no argument and so you need to assign an "identity" to a person and then attack them based on the identity you've given them.
>who knows, long term the SC Team members involved in knowingly hiding exculpatory information will be disbarred at a minimum, prosecuted and handed prison time. That you can count on. Powell has been waiting a long time to expose Weismann and his ilk, and burning them will be the capstone to a great career.
>posting shapiro's sister Do you think this helps your case you dumb kike? Zionists really are mentally ill and you lack the ability to understand how people perceive you. No self awareness.

Pretty sure you were saying this same nonsense like a compulsive crazy person months ago, and we all told you to STFU because you are an annoying crazy person, and here we are with no one arrested, bibi is not dead, the shills are not in prison, no one but tax paying suckers are in prison, you annoying crazy person.
Wyatt Long

Kek. Soon Bannon and his ZOG squad will all be like Jacob Wohl. Facing felony indictments.
Think of how dumb a person must be to get stuck on shill duty. It’s actually mainly roasties and semi-retired boomers.
Logan Sanders
it is possible you are correct about nothing happening... we shall see. but you are an uninformed bleach drinker if you think what I have shared is not FACT.
Who cares. Trump secured his legacy as a failure and buffoon the second he cucked to the gun grabbers. Exhonerating the first member of his team to take a fall won't change that now.

>Who cares. Trump secured his legacy as a failure and buffoon the second he cucked to the gun grabbers. Exhonerating the first member of his team to take a fall won't change that now. Benjamin Netanyahu will be exposed as the man setting up spy operations on 4 Presidential campaigns and setting up blackmail operations to have leverage on whoever became President. Too bad for that cuck Bibi Trump won and he knew what was going on. He's turning the tables on all you retards using the plot to take him down. SLOPPY. JOB. MOSSAD.

The surveillance used to show that he was lying was lawful. It was surveillance of the Russian ambassador. I have little doubt there was illegal surveillance of Flynn directly, but the surveillance of his phone calls was perfectly legal under FISA. Any time you are on the phone with or e-mail a foreigner, you can safely assume that the US government is listening. If they're not, it's only because they don't care about that particular foreigner.
I thought it came out they didn't think he was lying in the 302s

Its not a wild claim. The government is holding exculpatory evidence, including but not limited to, evidence that Flynn was being illegally surveilled and the contents of his calls, not just meta data, were captured without just cause. The FBI built their case on illegally obtained info.

How does one legally put State secrets into evidence? A guilty plea. How did Anons know? Flynn, guilty. Lied to FBI. FBI, no he didn't.

No wonder you idiots bought the Russia hoax hook line and sinker. >the SC Team members involved in knowingly hiding exculpatory information Weissman past misconduct scribd.com/document/401069764/Weissmann-Sealed-Documents >Ms. Caldwell and Mr. Weissmann reunite as part a cabal of prosecutors from the old Enron Task Force, a frightening number of whom have >been running our country behind the scenes during this administration. The Enron Task Force prosecutors ran roughshod over the >rights of countless people in their pursuit of convictions rather than justice, and their strategies and tactics resulted in the reversal in >whole or in part of every case they actually took to trial. Weissmann was reported to the Department of Justice Inspector General and Senate Judiciary Committee for alleged “corrupt legal practices.” A formal letter from U.S. Attorney Eastern District of New York Zachary Carter requested the judge to remove Weissman’s name, according to documents. Civil rights and Criminal Defense Attorney David Schoen said Weissmann needs to be investigated for alleged past misconduct in court cases"

>Not even a single thing you said is based in reality or will ever come to be. Recent unsealed court records prove Weissman witholds exculpetory evidence and intimidates witnesses. >Weissmann has a pattern of wrecking lives with his prosecutorial terrorist tactics, then slinking away when someone catches on to his tactics and before the reversals start rolling in. Now, President Trump has his first real attorney general who likely would not allow Weissmann’s abuses, and thanks to the good work of two lawyers — Margot Cleveland and “Techno_Fog” — a Houston court has finally unsealed old evidence proving Weissmann’s egregious threats against witnesses. The disclosure this week of Bruce Ohr’s testimony also implicates Weissmann in a world of problems.
Weissman and pals protect each other "Reporting on Weissmann’s departure, NPR quoted Kathryn Ruemmler — another priceless choice. Ruemmler was Weissmann’s protégé on the Enron Task Force — in my Merrill Lynch case. It took six years to uncover the evidence they had hidden that showed the defendants were innocent.
Again, Weissmann and Ruemmler contrived a crime, but this time, they sent four Merrill Lynch executives to prison for up to a year on an indictment criminalizing innocent conduct. At the same time, they hid evidence they had yellow-highlighted before the trial that directly contradicted their witnesses and showed the defendants were innocent. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals held that Weissmann, Ruemmler and company “plainly suppressed” evidence favorable to the defense.
Even the notorious Strzok-Page text messages reference the tight bond between these former Enron Task Force prosecutors and how they have protected each other. The NPR article proves they continue to protect each other — no matter the cost to justice — and doubtless always will." I'd say that what user said is based in reality.Your flim-flam, not so much.
Adam Kelly
Former federal prosecutor, usually the smartest person in the courtroom. The DOJ and FBI elements that took let in this illegal activity should be worried.

It is called an ex-parte hearing where on one side meets with the judge. In criminal and civil court proceedings anytime one side speaks to the judge, the other side has to be present, including for even phone calls. To get a ex-parte hearing, there has to be a good reason for the judge to grant the request.
Jaxson Watson
>the second he cucked to the gun grabbers. When exactly did he do this? I am unaware that ANY legislation has even made it out of the House, let alone the Senate. There's certainly nothing gun related in the House/Senate joint legislative resolution comittee. Do you have any sauce to support your wild eyed allegations?
Brandon Williams
>The surveillance used to show that he was lying was lawful. Yes, but it showed no such thing. It's well known that the agents interviewing Flynn concluded Flynn was not lying. >but the surveillance of his phone calls was perfectly legal under FISA. You don't even understand the specifics of what you're pontificating about. Official phone calls to Flynn's post are routinely recorded, and both parties know this. This had nothing to do with FISA.
