I work for a middle market firm and we don’t have drug tests. I wish we did though. There’s too many cokeheads. I’ve no problem with responsible cannabis use, but some drugs are just plain degenerate.

Most large corporations in Colorado still drug test, especially construction companies (for insurance purposes). Once I was on a job site that was close to completion and the boomer superintendent wanted to lay workers off to save on labor costs, so he orders an immediate drug test for all employees. The white guy carpenters all pissed dirty, and the wetback laborers on work visas all passed. He lost his best employees and kept the dead weight.
