I'm buying up property in Idaho. Going to use background in construction to make affordable living for whites. The provincial government is allowing people to take over land that is suitable for farming but you must supply a 30 year business plan(I think). It's a small population with many small towns.

I would like to see Newfoundland become self sufficient through sustainable agriculture models such as ranching cattle or sheep, growing root veg and summer veg.

The weather is volatile at times, and summers are short. Much harsher climate than England or Ireland but if my great great great grandfather made claim on the land there our children's children should be able to say the same.

Take the Newfie pill and come live life with some of the nicest people. As long as we can become self sufficient and feed the low population of roughly 500,000 people we can make life good for ourselves. Lots of hunting with some of the biggest Moose on earth and bears. The Appalachian range is also rather strategic in terms of access to the east coast. I'm retiring in the foothills of the Smokies. I wish I could start a similar movement for that area so we have a couple of other options
