Simple answer: When Jow Forums was split up into Jow Forums and 4channel, Jow Forums landed on Jow Forums and there every board is not safe for work. That is porn is now allowed on Jow Forums where it didn't use to be.
What's the difference between Jow Forums and 4channel you ask? 4channel is the "nice" boards, Jow Forums are the ugly boards. Notice how if you click on a nice board in the navigation bar you can't go back to the ugly board? You're on 4channel now.
