1) some mediterranean births are included in here (i.e. children of Italian, Spanish, portuguese parentage, of which there are of course many)
2) White French can be tested if their parents were born in Morroco, Algeria, Guadeloupe, etc
3) This test is just applied to a sample of children, not literally every single child born in France
