In the mid 1990's, 95% of Icelands population was ethnic Icelanders; most of the remaining 5% were from the rest of Scandinavia.
In 2018, 89% of Icelands population was ethnic Icelanders.
Out of a population of only 360,390, that's just 320,747. The majority of the rest is Polish and Lithuanian. With no real measurement for what constitutes an ethnostate, it's simply my own barrier that I am measuring here; If a nation goes below 95%, it's no longer an ethnostate (with some reservation should the foreigners living there be of a very closely related ethnic group or have long cultural/historical bonds).
Now Jow Forums mostly care about if you're white or not, so is this good? It's still a white ethnostate, the vast majority of the population is white. Sure, in a few generations the Icelandics will no longer look like their forefathers as they mix with the slavics, but they're still white? Their genes will become more bland and "european", but they're still white! Icelandic culture mixing with slavic will still produce white European culture, isn't that great?
Advocating for a white ethnostate should only be a concern for whites outside of Europe. The people of Europe cannot allow themselves to think like the Americans or we'll become like them (no offense meant to the Americans). Wonderfully white and so similar we might as well be called simply Europeans.
What can be done to prevent this? Is this simply the best we can do in a bad situation? Is there any chance we can achieve a Europe with ethnically homogenous countries again?

I love Iceland and have spent several months there, but they're one "refugee" shipment away from being an irreparable globalist hellhole.
