some jew probably told em to be cool and hip to attract millennials to the republican party
Because politicians constantly lie
Because effective right wing thought in America has been wrecked by people like Limbaugh and Shapiro plus Christianity in America is in the absolute shitter. The right wing revival is now in the hands of Alex jones and the infowarriors because everybody else is trying to kill it.
The Tea Party was angry Boomers dude. I went to their events at the time.
How did that movement start? And where is it now?
So why did they support establishment politicians like Rubio if their whole "movement" was supposed to be a protest against the establishment? There are a lot of things about the Tea Party that don't make sense in retrospect.
Only after it was slid into the GOP. Prior to that, it was closer to grass roots on the tail of the Libertarian surge and the Ron Paul campaigns.
A black man became president and we can't have that so Republicans disguised their disgust as being "anti establishment" and sold it to boomers. It died once Republicans got voted into the senate and kept doing the same thing they have always done (nothing)
Because idiot boomers buy any pile of horseshit Republicans draw up.
Because that was what it was designed to do....
It was the “pressure release valve” for opposition to Obama.
They used the same strategy with Trump.
The Tea Party was ridiculous baby boomers worried about taxes and business regulations instead of things that actually matter.
Those politicians moved in to co-opt the tea party movement. It was the same deal as occupy wallstreet. The original idea was based and well done - the issues started a year or two in, when their controversial ideas starting getting just a little too much traction
What always happens with any new political movement is you get establishment cucks coopting these movements to gain their popularity, but end up doing absolutely nothing when theyre given power
tl;dr these milktoaste idiots are coming for your alt right movement next, though you could argue Trump did exactly that
It was organic and got diverted by K Street obviously. The Boomers had no idea what the hell they were doing other than "I'm mad as Hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore!" They had no organizing experience so lobbyists easily hijacked things.
Rubio wasn't establishment, Charlie Crist was. Which goes to show what a joke the GOP has always been. Crist was fucking useless and had shit positions for years. People who were cuckservatives back then were mad that Rubio was primarying him.
If you're smart, you're doing this to the Resistance right now.

Wasn't Rubio in a leadership position in the Florida state house during his senate run? Wasn't he literally being financed by some used car dealer? Did neither of those facts cause some pause/doubt when Rubio declared himself part of the Tea Party in 2010?
Wasn't Donald Trump a registered Democrat in the 1990s? Didn't Donald Trump attack Pat Buchanan in 2000 for advocating the same border policy he ran on in 2016? Did neither of those facts cause some pause/doubt when he declared himself a Republican in 2016?
It's the same thing dude.
the Koch Brothers co-opted the movement since the it was filled with boomers
Power corrupts. What should be obvious by now is that we shouldn't look to politicians to solve our problems.
because it was a popular grassroots movement with no coherent ideology besides muh taxes. it was destined to be coopted from the start.
any movement that isn't explicitly pro-white is very likely to be coopted. even pro-white ones are prone to glownigger/faggot infiltration.
Controlled opposition. It's basically to keep the peace until it's to late to stop
