I am for that, but my post is specifically addressing the history of the Constitution. Certain states only agreed to the contract that is the Constitution because of the electoral college. When you change a promise you made that was the basis for forming a contract, the contract is void. Those states have a right to secede if you take away the electoral college through any process other than constitutional amendment. It appears the intent is to use an interstate compact. That is sufficient grounds for secession.

I'm not advocating tyranny of the majority via a racist state like you are.
The House is a part of the US Congress. It's the Senate that should be dissolved, like yesterday.
It's about satisfying the needs of most Americans, not some arbitrary geographic boundary.

that's not what it represents. it's a tradeoff between population size and state's rights. this retarded logic may as well be used to abolish the senate too, then. the electoral college mirrors our legislature for the same reasons it is structured the way it is. large states still get plenty of electoral delegates in the overall scheme, just like the house of representatives. but it also builds in a minimum delegacy so small states at least have one representative, akin to the structure of the senate. this balance is necessary and it makes sense in the context of our entire government. the united states' vast dynamism from state to state can only be adequately represented with a tradeoff structure like the electoral college, again no different from our bicameral legislatures applied at both the federal and state level.
