You are conflating two different concepts of disorder. Disorder in terms of entropy is speaking from the perspective of energy, whereas the layman conception of disorder has to do with the arbitrary humanistic view of what is orderly and what isn't. They are not mutually exclusive.

Logic as an evolutionary product disproves its validity except to help us reproduce. Logic exists because it's beneficial to humans, not necessarily representative of how reality functions. It's just how people interpret information.

You see chaos increases in general - we are heading to the heat death of the universe. In the mean time within any system there could be bolts of complexity. We are leaching energy from the sun thus having excess in order to develop our complexity. The sun however is dying thus our bolt of complexity is not going to exist forever. Many other realities disprove evolution as the origin of species. In micro biology, you can't have a cell membrane without DNA and you can't have DNA without a cell membrane. And think about the first sexually reproducing organism. According to the theory of evolution, genetic mutations are supposed to bring about new species, but how can random genetic mutations produce fully functional sex organs both Male and female in the same vicinity at the same time? It just doesn't make sense as an explanation of our complex world.
