yes, I live in Marseille, there are not a lot of black people. there are a lot of North African, which is what I said? It is true Marseille must be 1/3 north african, but this is complicated due to the fact that France sent French people to Algeria and they came back etc. But Marseille has a much higher rate of ethnically non-French than the rest of France and surrounding areas, but are you saying large Italian cities like Rome don't have similar statistics?
