In fact, if you drink from a spring, chances are you'll be drinking more fluoride than you would from tap water. It's just a fucking mineral. Fluoridation only increases the amount of fluoride in water by like 20-50%, it's not like they're adding a mineral that wasn't there in the first place. Depending on how hard your local water is, fluoridation can actually be about REDUCING the fluoride content in your water.

IQ tests and their ramifications are often on the general population which interest, as we say here, my left testicle.
I care more about the variance in said tests (which decides how many smarter than avg and lower than avg citizens are here) and more importantly the ability of said smarter than avg people to force their will on the rest.
Additionally id like to say it is my understanding that having everyone smart in a society (read: low variance) works to the detriment of that society and so I don't mind having "stupid people" around. The only issue is their % of the general population and their control over said population, and that is indeed an issue everywhere and here as well.
