They were absolutely horrible. Destroyed whole historical city centres, bombed field hospital cities, civilian housing...
There were also Napalm bombardements in Japan, who killed way more civilians than the two nukes.

Bombing of Nijmegen. Pretty much all of their strategic bombing campaigns. It's one thing to drop a bomb into a city center that's occupied by enemy forces that you're trying to assault with troops on the ground like they did in Iraq, it's another thing to just drop bombs indiscriminately. They even gave it a funny name to make it sound less bad "strategic bombing".

Of course there are. It's a war, for christ's sake. That doesn't mean the descriptor "crime" applies. Crime requires an overarching political authority that one lives under, and a recognized criminal code which is infringed upon. As there is no such authority standing above and between nations, war crimes cannot by definition exist. What does exist is the propensity for the winners of a conflict to charge the losers with criminality in order to appear just, when the reality is that they are simply seeking to destroy the remnants of the opposing force. This is why no one was charged with war crimes for the bombing of Dresden or Tokyo.

It was very common to kill prisoners in the Italian campaign. Bradley and Patton both sanctioned the killing of snipers. This changed by France, though.

Some factories in Germany were never bombed although the US knew that they were used to manufacture ammo (or parts of it) and knew the exact location of these factories. I think one of them was AGFA
