So I'm currently in the process of renting my apartment. So far I have 2 options: 1. A family of 2 black women and 2 children. One works in the IT industry, and the other 1 is a nurse in Major hospital. They have 50k student loan debt. They provided all the background checks and paystubs. One of them has credit score in the 500's, but the other 1 has good credit.
2. 2 muslim engineers, working for some small out of state company. Both have good credit, but one owes 200k for the mortgage on the house. It looks like the work is on contract basis, and they've been trying to switch careers. Their company pays for housing.
2 high rollers also came in to view the apartment, but they didn't apply, I think they are looking for something more renovated.
No unless you want to spend money on repairs and most likely not be paid rent. Also I’m willing to bet more people than intended end up living there.

Even rich, non-criminal niggers trash a place, try to run shady activities on the site and skip payments. No amount of money or education truly removes the nigger out of blacks. Whatever group you rent to will attract others of that group to the property. So even if you find a decent black family, that black family will attract other blacks. The chance that a given black will trash the place is high enough as it is. You don't need a magnet in the form of your tenants.
Muslims are a lot more restrained. As long as nothing offends their sensibilities, they won't trash the place. They won't maintain it either. Their is a serious risk of them forming Sharia gangs or becoming terrorists though. Which can destroy the value of the area as a whole.

Far better. I have spent a lot of time near rich, yet diverse towns as well as poor white areas. White trailer park folks make for far better neighbours. For starters white trailer trash don't typical trash their area. It is clear they don't have money, but they do try to maintain and repair things. They don't tend to make giant messes everywhere. You can walk around a white trailer park unarmed at night and you will be safe. You can't do that in a diverse neighbourhood. You are not going out after dark. It is too dangerous. Diversity will actively destroy things. They do not do repair and maintenance. I will take white trailer trash over diversity any day of the week.
