The war on drugs and private prisons are literally plots to capitalize on them for profit and prevent them from organizing against a system that has literally always been about profiting off of them against their best interests. Prisons are for profit industries, so are courts. If people quit committing crimes they'd go out of business so of course demographics with high crime statistics make you money.

Pattern of criminality also plays a role. If you commit one crime you probably get probation. If you commit a series of crimes you'll keep getting longer and longer and longer sentences until you get life. Niggars commit series of crimes because they are animals. That is part of it no doubt. They are less intelligent and this less deft and plotting a good escape plan once the crime is done. But they also commit more crime. It is a mix of both of these.
