1) There have been several drops where Q says set the stage, is the stage set, etc. Here, we see POTUS say "we really set the stage..." While making what really really appears to be a Q with his hand. I realize he talks with his hands a lot, but this is a pretty big coincidence. Not convinced? That's ok. 2) Here is a Q post after 20 days of silence. The first line is "From sea to shining sea"

At a rally 5 minutes after this post, POTUS specifically points to his ears and acknowledges his rally song when it says "from sea to shining sea". Pretty big coincidence here.

3) This one is pretty straightforward and IMO the weakest of these 3. On November 1, 2017, Q makes a post that, among other things, refers to returning the power to the people. This post is the signed 4 10 20 (DJT), which Q rarely does. Exactly a year later, November 1, 2018, POTUS tweets about returning power to the people.

First, the photographs are supposed to have been taken close to noon, yet they're clearly depicting a sunrise/sunset (pretty photographs, mind you... the exact sort of shit a tourist would take)
Second, why would AF1 even make such a detour on its path to Vietnam? It would make SOME sort of sense if it tried to get out of Chinese areospace and circle around through international waters... but that's not what's going on. So, uh, security measures..? but why Hong Kong? Why go through the extra arrangements required to get close to Hong Kong and Macau airspace?

I can barely even see how that motion would be a "Q", looks more like Trump just doing a "flat plain" gesture after raising his hand... the perfectly natural gesture associated with a word like "stage".

But the problem lies with how the flag was positioned. When comparing the two photos, you get the curvature in Q's reflection selfie while sitting in the oval office. The photo in the brietbart article shows the stripes as being straight.
Again, posting something in a reflection of something else because that doesn't violate NatSec, but they get the image as close as humanly possible for plausible deniability.
I cannot find a link to the article, or the image I did that broke down the differences that drove the shills up the fucking wall, but it's out there somewhere. Here, take this, instead.
