In regards to decriminalization of homosexuality; Lenin didn't specifically decriminalize it, what he did was remove an entire code of law which had been around for ages which happened to have homosexuality in it as a sin. It's hard to say what his stance was on it from that alone. IIRC there were soviet scientists trying to 'cure' it later on in the USSR.
