You can get a one plus they have the option of loading the Chinese version of the OS oxygen. It doesn’t have any google bits at all and you can uninstall all the Chinese apps.

fwiw you can also encrypt your DNS requests in your browser and blind your ISP too, not so sure if possible on phone i just the 1.1.1.1 dns/vpn appy thing i dont use my phone to browse very much so its not a concern to me.
