That study is very biased. Most straight people who have tried to kill themselves wouldn’t describe their parents as “ very supportive either. This study means nothing unless you compare it to a study asking a question such as “are your parents very supportive of you and everything you do?” to straight people. You would most likely find that a lot of the straight people who attempted suicide have parents that don’t 100% support them and/ or the things they do/ have done.
