I'm starting a diet to lose weight tomorrow. Trying to go from 210 to 175 and everyone who's told me they lost alot of weight in the past said they just cut out soda. I'm gonna do that and then go on a diet strictly of green vegetables, boneless, skinless chicken, rice and water. It'll taste like shit but I have some good seasonings.

You can eat normal as long as you don't eat preserved foods. As soon as I stopped drinking soda I stopped havig a craving for junk foods too and now I eat whatever I want but natural and buying local.
You have to make it easy on yourself because you need to keep up with whatever you decide to eat, otherwise you'll start having too many cheating days and get fat again.
