If men, as a class, decided that women should no longer have rights again, then that would be that and there wouldn't be a single thing women could do about it except sulk. Achieving that consensus in a post-Enlightenment society where women are seen as free individual agents and not a resource to be controlled is a tall order though. But there is no other option.
