I'm thinking it's going to be introduced covertly while Poles' attention is being diverted with some smokescreen. Probably involving Germany or Russia or "refugees". Otherwise it's going to fail spectacularly. Even centrist and center left scum are against it. Far lefties don't matter and have no real voice in politics (although they're getting there, unfortunately).
