Democracy is a sham
2023: The year America goes to war with the UK to liberate it. Trump gains third term and appoints successor directly.
Huh? What are you blathering about?
People think that democracy means they will be able to keep voting in Parliament and blocking what they don't like ad infinium. They don't realise the Crown has a big fuckin dick it can swing when it wants something done.
Democracy is about engaging with people that don't share your opinions and coming to a compromise. We're out of practice with doing that because it is very easy to only engage with like minded people. It was like this in academia before, but now everyone is getting to be this way because of fucking social media.
FOOKIN KAM ON
Island hoping via Greenland and Iceland and Ireland?
Why do the british people think they have a democracy in any form?
Who told them this lie and why was it allowed to propagate?
British people are taught about their system of governance in school still right?
there's two competing mandates, the referendum result and the opinions of the representatives who were elected in the 2017 election. One's a more direct expression of political that should be yielded to. The representatives' refusal to do that has caused a constitutional crisis.
*expression of political will
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NOT OUR DEMOCRACY HOW COULD Y'ALL LET THIS HAPPEN
Based
UK isn't democracy. You can't stake something you didn't have to begin with.
Yes, but when the people vote for things whiny leftists don't like it was because they were tricked. You should vote again until you achieve the proper result.
((freedland)) sounds awfully like a German name changed to make it sound English, like the freeman surname.
You'll be involved Hans. This will be your redemption tour.
ah yes, Jonathan Freedland

>Our very Democracy is at stake
fuck your democracy nigga brexit means brexit
Why are the people who are trying to prevent the enactment of the outcome of the referendum now trying to characterise efforts to enact the referendum as antidemocratic?
>Democracy
>They keep stalling the Brexit end date for years
Is this supposed to be a bad thing? Jews seem mad about democracy dying.
Democracy? in the UK? when the fuck did this happen? must have missed this part
Leftists are pure projection.
>The youngest of three children and the only son of Michael Freedland, a biographer and journalist, and Israeli-born Sara Hocherman,[2] he was educated at University College School, a boys' independent school in Hampstead, London. As a child, Freedland periodically accompanied his father for broadcasting work. On one occasion, his father was interviewing Eric Morecambe, who comically assumed the 10 year-old Freedland was married.[3] After a gap year working on a kibbutz in Israel with the Labour Zionist Habonim Dror, he studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) at Wadham College, Oxford.
>dictatorship
fuck me, no. dictator is a temporary position
you mean tyranny
Bruh miami subs was based
it doesn't work with over a hundred or so people really. every decision must be made by everyone. 'representative democracy' is in fact just elected aristocracy with a false name (a smaller group of people in fact rules the people)
Parlimentarism is not democracy - nobody gives a shit about it
You still wanted to break away from the Kingdom of Hungary
>stupid slavs
>russian commenting on democracy
I mean our shit's fucked but Christ
Jonathan Sneedland.
Fuck democracy and you, faggot.
What about your next Brexit vote?
The first one was not valid enough,
>peasant
How is that relevant to anything?
The best form of a state is a monarch.
That's all
Since that region gave up - you are only go down...
Is britfagland a democracy? I thought it was a constitutional monarchy.
...equal votes for all....
Democracy requires demos kratos. Representative systems are not democracy as the demos are not in control of the decision making
Austria wanted to federilise, stubborn Hungarian nobles refused and instead said we don't exist. They brought it on themselves. I would gladly be part of Austria again
*Federalise
Maybe
But that state would stay a monarch
You could select the Czech aristocrats for a ruler
But that Benes wanted to be a dictator...
Fuck Beneš, Karl Franz Joseph is the only true ruler
Democracy is mob rule. The lowest, scummiest liar gets elected. End this sham.
to be fair, britain never stoped being an aristocratic owned country, they just got more silent and did their things without notice, if they ever want their power back you know
>to liberate it
kek. no. payback time you limey scum. your palaces will be burnt to the ground, your royals and nobles raped to death by packs of atlanta groids, and once the invasion has been successfully completed your norfmen will be given the opportunity to purchase excess materiel at reasonable terms.
