6.) Has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions;
7.) Having been a citizen of the United States, has renounced U.S. citizenship;
8.) Is subject to a court order that restrains the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of such intimate partner, or;
9.) Has been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
Does anyone agree with this? Here’s what the SA states:

18 USC 922(g)(1) includes all misdemeanors if the crime is punishable by up to 2 years incarceration. The (g)(1) prohibitor assumes only felonies are punished with over a year in jail/prison so it's technically the felon disqualifier. Even though states like Massachusetts have 2.5 yrs possible incarceration for DUI even though it's a misdemeanor so anyone with a DUI in MA can't own a gun. Meanwhile, in my state, you have to have 3 DUIs (felony) to be barred and the concealed carry statute expressly states can't have a license if you've had more than 2 DUIs in 10 years (yeah because you're a felon).
