If I am not imagining this I read in the Old Testament about Nimrod, a man who God disfavored becasue he was a violent, base man was the one credited with the idea and implementation of the first city with people living in a concentrated area with a central authority ruling.. So cities were invented by a Godless degenerate who God hated. They are antithetical to the will of God for His creation..
