Let me repeat: the actual point of a multiple choice test is not to find the factually correct answer to the problems presented, the point is to use problem solving and pattern recognition to identify which answer options are clearly wrong, so that by process of elimination you can identify the least incorrect answer option. That is the option the test wants you to select.

Basically, Jewish professors told their Jewish students the answers so they could score higher. Also, Harvard and other universities have Jewish privilege and select for Jews, nothing to do with IQ. What it attempts to argue is that IQ is only a test of retardation. It tries to do this by saying that if you add noise to the graph, you can infer a correlation to a portion of the graph even when that is not justified.

The way they say we can see if this is the case is if the correlation weakens after a certain point.

They would say that if performance flatlines after a certain point, then the test doesn't measure anything past that point.

The thing is: look at the bottom graph. Do you notice anything?

IQ is supposed to be the independent variable. We are wondering if SAT scores increase with IQ. Now if we set IQ as the independent variable (rotate your head 90°) we can see that SAT scores increases more, the higher IQ you have. That would mean that the test measures genius rather than retardation.
