Well, then it's time to get to work. Does it suck that you are in this state? yes. Is it fair? No. Your parents, family, society, had a responsibility to help nurture you and its citizenry to become proper functioning adults and they dropped the ball hard.
You should have been properly educated on the true ways of the world, about the true nature of man and how to maneuver in such a world, but you weren't, and its not fair and its not right.
But if you don't fix it for you it won't get fixed, and you will suffer forever like this.
But what you do have is you. You need to be able to rely on you 100% of the time, without self-doubt, without procrastination, without fear of crippling failure. You will fail, and make mistakes, but you can survive them and become stronger and wiser for it. Be the kind of guy you would trust your life to, because you already do.
It is not going to be easy. It will be rough. It will be hard. You will work 10+ hour days and have to come home and study a new skill for 5+ hours without break. You will have to push yourself out of your comfort zone repeatedly until you develop enough confidence to know, deep down, that whatever happens you can handle it.
Its gonna suck for a long time, but if you keep at, develop your cunning and a mercenary mindset you will make it. You might not make it in one piece, and you will have to make decisions that rob you of your childlike innocence and naivety of the humanity of man, but you can do it.
Your dad did it, and his dad, and his dad thousands of years before. Take an action, you delay by studying too much. Do something to get somewhere rather than sit and think.

I would suggest that you try making your life as difficult/uncomfortable as possible to develop a tough mindset to be able to handle these challenges.
Like no more warm or hot showers, only cold. Working out everyday. Constant discipline, etc. It's the best way to grind through life. The watchword of our generation isn't easy work and luxury, its suspicion of a easy life and grinding effort/discipline.
