well a quick google search for "MREs in bulk" has lots of results. But really it is a waste of money. The nutrients per dollar is just abysmal. The only reason you would buy them in bulk is if you are thinking of reselling them. Making MREs are home is a lot cheaper, better, just all around superior. If you are loaded with dosh though and looking to burn money for the sake of "look at my cool box of MREs!" then like I said, google search.
As far as bulk white rice, Here is 50lbs for just $18 a sack. for $100 you could have Two hundred and fifty motherfucking pounds of white rice. That will last for 25-30 years if vacuum sealed.

That combined with rice will give you africa tier nutrition that will at the very least give you the complete protein/amino acids needed to survive. Dry, uncooked, vacuum sealed rice and beans should be the first food you prep with. But even before that, Water filtration, water filtration, water filtration.
