Well, according to the Gospels, not exactly. Fr. Mike Schmitz points to at least four things Christ says we need for salvation:
1. Baptism (John 3) 2. The Eucharist (John 6) 3. Faith (Romans 10:9) 4. Doing the Father’s will (Matthew 25:31-46)

Christ has given us everything we need to achieve salvation.

Considering what Fr. Mike is saying, these words of Christ make much more sense:

Orthodox are hypocrites who only use some writings from some "church elders" some of the time. For all of the (entirely accurate) accusations thrown at the Vatican for being globalist and universalist, the Orthodox church has racial miscegenation hard baked into it's worldview: St. John Chrysostom, one of their biggest philosophical fonts, openly preached and wrote that interracial marriage and deliberate miscegenation was God's will and a just cause for Christendom to pursue. So-called "orthodox white nationalists" are not only openly condemned by the Orthodoxy (which is standard of all racially aware Christians and I won't harp on it for that reason), but they are in open conflict with the very church fathers they claim to follow the teachings of. From as far back as you care to go, the official doctrine of the Orthodoxy was that racemixing was not only permitted, but blessed. Whether anyone actually practiced that was another matter entirely, but that WAS the doctrine.
As I said; only some of the writings are used, and only some of the time. It is entirely arbitrary. God supports and defends racial purity. No modern church does, ergo all are wrong.
The truth is that all establishment churchs are collapsing and dying because God has deemed them all unworthy of being the Bride of Christ. Internecine squabbling is a pointless divide-and-conquer argument: the Vatican, the Patriarchates, and what scattered and limited leadership the Protestants even have, are all equally heretical and equally unworthy. A church is defined in the bible as a gathering of like-minded believers who are willing to set aside their personal differences and come together and form a united community. Whether they gather in a cathedral or a hole in the ground is irrelevant. The last true and real church is us. And God is expecting us to put aside our differences and build that community, to foster within ourselves what Aristotle called 'philia,' or altruistic, brotherly love.

Contemporary faith is a disgusting mockery of the faith as prescribed by the Old Testament. Your rituals mean nothing, they exist as a means to indoctrinate you into following the law.
By following the rituals without following the law you're arguing that somehow by waving and smiling at a police officer, acknowledging and respecting the police officer produces the stable and functional society. That following the law itself is completely meaningless and pointless, it is only this social maintenance, of appearing to respect the law, that produces the functional stable society. You clearly break the laws all the fucking time, but somehow pretending to respect the law is more important than actually following the law? Complete insanity.

Papal infallibility is biblical. When Jesus told the apostles they would be taken to witness before Kings and Governors, he told them not to worry about what to say because the Holy Spirit would guide them. Papal infallibility does not mean the pope cannot make a mistake, nor that he cannot sin, nor that ever word that comes out of his mouth is from God. The idea that a pope cannot sin or be wrong is heresy. Even Peter sinned. Even Peter was wrong and had to be corrected. Jesus even called him Satan at one point. What it does mean is when the Pope makes specific pronouncements on the Gospel and on Doctrine, he is guided by the Holy Spirit and what he says is infallible. Infallibility has only been used in those conditions, and only a handful of times in the history of the church.
