Kayde Langer is the name of the University of Wisconsin Student who forged a note she claimed another hung on her door at the Eau Claire campus. Handwriting analysis clearly indicates a forgery. James C. Schmidt, - Chancellor UW Eau Claire, promised this afternoon that every action would be taken against the hate crime perpetrator, but in the face of new evidence, has discontinued his seven tweet rant, and cannot be reached for comment.
