Even if Iran does have one or two air defence systems capable of hitting American planes, the first few days of sorties will be carried out mostly with stealth aircraft focused mainly on wiping out their air defence capabilities. Once air defence capabilities are wiped out (whether or not they were capable of shooting down American planes in the first place), it will be open season on Iran with regular non-stealth planes.

"winning" depends on what the criteria of the war is. If "winning" is defined as regime change, taking or holding an area, defending a territory, then yeah you probably need the most basic level of infantry at least to hold territory on the ground, like with the Albanian militias in Kosovo. If the goal of the war is simply to fuck the other side up, destroy their military by a significant amount, destroy certain buildings and inflict structural damage, that can be done simply by an air war.
As far as I know, America has no plans for regime change in Iran. If a war starts, it will be an air war, nothing more, nothing less. Iran might fire some missiles back and some air defence missiles into the sky but after the first few days, these will whither out and America will have air superiority and be able to bomb iran with impunity until a point where they say that's enough.
