Long story short a group of 4 women spent the last 4 months bitching excessively, forcing two managers to quit, harassing coworkers including me, sabotaging workflow and refusing to lift a finger just because a fifth (elderly) woman was asked if she could do a specific job which the others weren't interested in.
The reprimand is that they're being reassigned to different teams in the same facility.

Naturally the only fitting course of action is firing them but that's what happens when you work for a public institution.

Her replacement was a strict authoritarian who invented rules as soon as he saw the opportunity and the ladies managed to piss him off through careful neglect before he even received access to his work mail.

The elderly lady's two years from retirement, but she gets to stay with us so it's fine.
