God has designed men and women differently. While the reproductive-instinct of the female can be satisfied with a single man, males are able to impregnate several women and not be so easily satisfied. The suppression of the male instinct into something as degenerate and as feminine as monogamy is partially responsible for the evils of prostitution and cheating. All sexual activity must be again confined to marriage alone with punishments for transgressors, the best of the best must be allowed to reproduce more in polygamous relationships than the unfit.

As I said in the OP, men are not designed for monogamy. It undoubtedly happens, but monogamy is forcing the man to adhere to feminine standards. If promiscuity is eradicated from society and marriage becomes again the only lawful area for sexual activit (as it should be), white polygamy seems very sensible. Mormons had this figured out
