If you see a black persons he is likely to be criminal due to harsh institutional practices it identifies black men being criminals. Trust me plenty of non black men are criminals. But with the historical discrimination it would only mean those who are identified by whites would be discriminated again thus failing in anything except for maybe robbing or selling dope. If you was a black man in the 1950s you will become a criminal because 1. Society is at war with you since you are identified black. This meant blacks would obviously become criminals through harsh treatment by society. This trend has continued into the 2000s thus you can expect a lot of criminals by there history. But criminals will further decrease in the population since the trend has been ridden from American society.
Police, companies and institutional treat all black men harshly so eduction, employment and other kinds of success and necessities are more likely to be denied in black people. This many of the smart blacks are wasted potential.
As you can see racism is becoming at an all time low in society.This we are seeing less criminality and substance abuse and early teen pregnancies occurring. And more mixed race marriages and diverse companies who accept no matter what someone’s race/ethnicity is.
Instituational racism has decreased but is yet still in effect maybe not as much but a lot. Thus we will still see a minor inconsistency in blacks career success and a bad record compared to white.
By 2050 I think racism will be at an all time low.

I ain’t a Nazi or anything brah, but I think recognizing that blacks simply aren’t suited for current western meritocratic systems is rationale to stop actual discriminatory behavior, like forcing egalitarianism through programs like affirmative action that reward race rather than actual skills.
What you view as “discrimination” is actually just a fair world where people find their correct spots in society. All the schooling in the world won’t turn a 90 IQ person into a doctor, let alone a competent doctor.
