None of the ones I've seen. I couldn't really describe a form from what I have seen. A mixture of cosmic horror and shadow people would be the closest I could describe it. Guy talks about aliens working with government officials, shows pictures of human/alien hybrids, and some other physical evidence then gets suicided by a heart attack after claiming he'd never do it. It's around the time before the CIA declassified the heart attack gun which is why it sticks out in my mind more than others.
Describing it as fear isn't quite how I approach it. I've gone through some pretty intense growth spurts in that realm especially recently and words will never do it justice.
