Jow Forums, imagine, you are someone that has become disillusioned with their current career because it funds and props up a system that overall is detrimental and degenerative to a healthy society and lifestyle. You have very few useful skills. What is an entry level job that you would pursue that offers advancement opportunities and a comfortable living wage while simultaneously fulfilling your desire to live a wholesome life that does not contribute to the cancer that is killing your nation?
It’s very puzzling to me. Most jobs today just seem like a soul-suck designed to siphon your earnings to feed the beast.
I’m interested in hearing what you all have to say. How do you start over?
I guess there’s nothing for someone looking for a change to do then

I didn’t want to start such a depressing thread holy fuck. I thought some anons here would have wisdom for the maligned. Guess not. This was meant to inspire hope.

More like a career that you build upon to a living wage. But something where at the end of the day you smile because you made the world a better place, something that gives a comfy feeling rather than feeling dead inside. I’m just asking too. No harm in wondering if someone has knowledge I don’t

i do construction and its fulfilling to me. seeing the product of your labor as a physical object is nice and you get a great work out and tan. im strong as hell and never work out since my job is so hard. you might like that

You live in a hopeless world bro. You can either persist or reload, it's your decision to make.
As other user said, construction is pretty cool. I do it now, but unfortunately I have to work at mcmansion building....which kills you inside when you know how horrible they are. But, I'm saving up to buy land and become self-sufficient. Maybe you could find a job at an eco-friendly, alternative construction company.... probably not that many out there though.
