why do women in power become vindictive cunts? anyone who has worked for a female boss knows that they tend to behave in a seemingly sadistic way. of course, men can behave this way too, but women appear to be far more prone to becoming tyrannical cunts as soon as they have power in the workplace. for example, they might create new arbitrary rules or flex power for the sake of flexing power rather than for the purpose of achieving some kind of business objective. when you try to reason with them, you quickly realize there is nothing there but cold blooded ego.
why is this? what is it about the female psyche that makes them incapable of not being immediately corrupted by power and authority?

It's because underneath every power dynamic there's an undercurrent of the potential for physical violence.
Women are even more physically ineffectual than tiny men, and they understand they control only with consent. This makes them want to push the issue even further to demonstrate their level of control, even though they know in a fundamental physical sense that they're almost never *actually in control of a given situation.
There's also the fact that truly healthy women, in the biological/psychological sense of things do what nature ordains, find a high-quality mate and go make babies while making him deal with the world for her.
Then there's the communication issue where women are often uncomfortable with direct communication styles and feel like they're being challenged by subordinates when their subordinate engages in direct communication with them. This causes them to overcompensate and once again respond with inappropriate situational aggression in order to feel like they're asserting themselves effectively.
There's also the fact that women are more likely to be bullies than men, especially in the workplace. Probably because of the aforementioned feelings of inadequacy and overcompensation.

once I had a female assistant working for me. she was great. one of the sweetest women you would ever meet and I went out of my way to treat her with respect and humility because she always did what I asked and tried her best to please. I could even discuss business matters with her in a very rational way and she was sharp. then, I put her in a supervisor position with 3-4 people working under her. that's when I saw a totally different side of her in how cold she treated them even though the dynamic between us remained unchanged.

She has been fed a steady diet of, "management is a boy's club" and "you have to try harder than every man to get half the credit." It makes them paranoid that every underling is secretly talking shit because their backs and no one is giving them appropriate credit. So how do they cope? First, they try to be the "perfect" male boss archetype. For whatever reason, this means never being happy with anything less than perfection and yelling a lot. But as women, they think if they actually yell, they'll be dismissed as a bitchy woman. And since women "have to" work twice as hard as man, they turn this behavior up to 11.
Get a normal woman as a boss and you will no longer see this as a female behavioral pattern. Even their general political alignment doesn't matter. Non-feminist registered Democratic woman who are bosses don't turn into psychos. Normal women have all the same variation in managerial style and aggressiveness as men. Some of them can be tyrants, but nowhere near the scale of a feminist boss.

I'm not sure why they become nasty. I think about it often, and can't ever work it out. When my former (male) boss resigned, the assistant manager got the job. This came as a surprise to everyone, not least because she only had 14 months experience in the role and the other (far more capable applicant) had over 20 years. Former boss was gay, so she didn't sleep her way to the position.
She's easily the hottest woman at the company but treats other women like shit. I've managed to escape her venom by going on a charm offensive but desu, I think the only way she'll ever respect me is if I fuck her. So yeah. Women in power are pretty terrible.
