Quantum computers are only good at breaking public key cryptography based on prime factorization of large numbers being really difficult, because they can factorize large numbers very quickly. They don't magically decrypt everything. One Time Pad encryption is also still impossible to cryptoanalyze due to every decryption being equally likely.
