The fish farm suddenly lost an employee to an automated feeding system. Next week the guy who takes samples of the water will be gone due to some other process being automated. It will continue this way for a long long time.

Customization (including artistic activities like design), maintenance, decentralized production, upgrades, enhancements, healthcare, education, training, research, engineering, art, crime fighting... they are very hard to automate (to the point of not being practical to do it).
