Housing problem would be easy to solve if we re-instituted racial segregation. Problem now is "new housing" means niggers in your neighbourhood. So there's opposition. I love in a 1955 cookie cutter. It's pretty cozy. We have 3 bedrooms and 3 kids going on 4. It's only 1700 sqft but the lot is half an acre. Nice starter home but we're going to move to a bigger house next year because these 50s houses just don't have as much room for a home office with all the kids rooms, bathroom space is small, not much storage. Not great potential for additional, only a year down really but it's on good shape so eh
