The VSS isn't listed on the Voluntary Restraint Agreement and is therefore not importable. Even if sanctions were lifted these could still not be imported.

For rifles they do. I think it's like bongastan where you need to own a hunting shotgun for a number of years and be a shooting club member then you can get a rifle lisence. So a little less cucked than bongastan
