I'm probably not too fucked. The closest major city from me is Chicago and that's like 200 miles away. Nukes don't do as much damage as I thought. The total radius is ~13 miles. I would have thought it'd be like 100 miles.

Those old maps are mostly FEMA maps and a few that were just made up. The more official ones, FEMA, simply asked 'what are possible targets'. Think of it as someone saying "Do you think there is there at least a 20% chance of it getting hit." If the answer was 'yes', it got a target marker.
So, yeah, those maps have some value from a back in the 50-60's from that perspective. But not really otherwise.
