Fuck Cali

Is the FN FNS 40 legal in California? I looked it up and it’s very very vague on the .gov site. Please help me out here.

doesn't appear to be on the list.

fpbp

I’m no gun nut. Should I just get another gun instead I’m guessing?

Not tryna troll but why not get a Hi-point?they were specifically made during the Assualt weapons ban so every state could get a Hi-point pistol

step one, move out of california
step two, get any striker fired polymer framed gun if that's your thing.
step three, get whichever you picked in step two in 9mm.
step 4, if you skipped step one and are still in california, hang yourself.

well, if you hope to own guns in california without becoming a felon, you'll need to go gun-nut because you will have to navigate the wonderful world of CA DOJ and whatever city/county ordinance you live in.
Also, have fun buying high price mark up ammo because you will have to pay $100+ for a COD+ fingerprint fee in order to buy ammo from SOME online vendors.

step 5, never ever vote for the same trash that made california the way it is.

It's not vague at all. If it's not on the roster, it's not legal to sell new in California.

If you want an FNS 40, you're going to have to find one secondhand.

>Cali
What the fuck do you care, anyway? You don't live here.

The little shits moving out of California are voting that way.

Note: It was bought in Texas legally

that's because majority of people moving out of california are priced out of it, while those of us who move out of it because our votes and voices are suppressed are still outnumbered both at home and as a refugee.

>FN FNS 40
>can accept a magazine greater than 10 rounds.

No, it's illegal.

That's why Beretta made a custom california-legal version of the 92F, to only accept custom california legal 10 round mags as opposed to the standard 15 round mags in a normal 92F

either buy through 2nd hand, and unless the seller is a major retard, they're going to mark that shit up. Glock gen4's were selling 2nd hand for $700-800 a few years ago.
or you can drive to a state with private sales, get one, then drive it back. But don't do this, it's wildly illegal.

Thanks. It looks to me that if I buy a 10 round mag for it, it’ll be legal since it’s the only thing that violates anything on the chart. Can I get confirmation?

>Is it legal in Cal
Yes is it.....if you're LEO

It's not on the approved handgun list for the state, I wouldn't risk it.

>LEO
The fuck is that? I know it’s prob just a meme but still curious

law enforcement officer.

The FN FNS series was manufactured in 2011.
>en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FN_FNS
The list of approved handguns applies to any guns manufactured after 2001, it's illegal to have in the state unless you're a cop or a politician like diane feinstein.

he wants a forty cali in cali so he can have a gun that fires multiples of his state.

mind==blown

i love this band

You can own it but you can't buy one new from a dealer. If you're moving to CA with it that's fine, although you're supposed to register it and not have any magazines over 10 rounds.
