What jurisdiction do bounty hunters have? They aren't law enforcement, but have some level of authorization. I'm curious because what if I have faggot joe walking around a wrong house with a gun outside and has no LEO distinction? I'm just thinking of a worst-case scenario right now.
Bounty Hunter?
>jurisdiction
none
I'm just interested in the average penis lenght of your average bounty hunter. Asking for a friend.
they're just bail enforcement trying to recover their own money while taking 10% of someone else's.
they have no jurisdiction the person they hunt has skipped out on a bail bond and has broken a contract which they signed that consents to them giving up all constitutional rights and being arrested. what lengths the bounty hunter can go to for making the arrest depends on state law
I mean, I don't expect to ever have a bounty out on me but I'd be happy to shoot one of these guys if I did.
here you go, snagged a photo
indications unclear. What is really supposed to reflect accurately the average penis size of your average bounty hunter in this particular pic? The worm? The finger? I am only forced to assume the correct point of reference is the blatant black hole in the backround, and that this photograph was taken mere fractions of a second before it consumed the universe as a whole.
I'm a bounty hunter. I'm 3 inches soft and 7 inches hard.
that's nice. What about your coworkers? I take it as blatantly obvious that you hold biweekly penile measurement contests/themeparties
every guy on the internet has a 7 inch dick, apparently.
>Why are you so upset?
not me. I have a 30 inch dick.
except you :>)))
I actually hate my penis being a grower is terrible.
The order is shitpost, THEN get baked
Don't forget the 130+ IQ as well
tfw high iq but small dick AND a manlet
no reason to live
You just need a big dumb guy who you can ride around on.
I was a bail bondsman/bounty hunter/fugitive recovery agent for about a year or so..
>get to enter county prisons, sometimes gen pop if you're good with guards
>have to take course and get certified to use weapons (guns, tasers, batons, etc.) for employment: Act 235
>Allowed to wear badges, mine looks like a police badge and just says "Bail Bondsman" on it.
>Only wore the badge when chasing people, wouldn't wear it any other time, thought it was gay enough.
>Able to serve bench warrants and legally arrest people and bring them to county lock up
>We had our clients sign waivers in the bail contract.. Giving us the right to ping their cell phone location, confiscate collateral and enter their home to arrest them
>Most are honestly too retarded to understand what they're signing. They just want to get out of prison.
>Would regularly hear, "You a Zimmerman??" When I was geared up looking for people, walking down the street.
Authorization? Did you bail somebody out? Sign any paperwork? No/No? They have no authority over you, call the police. Sue if they assault you. Are you out on bail or have a bench warrant out for you? Yes/Yes? They can do all the same a police officer can do. I regularly chased people down alongside police.
That being said, I did this job after I got out of the military while going to school to become a cop. The other bondsman and bounty hunters I encountered were beyond retarded and I felt fucking embarrassed every time I went on a hunt. Most have little to no knowledge on tracking/hunting a person beyond common sense and their firearms awareness and training is non existent. The only reason I stuck around is because it made me a LOT of money, I bought a house and quit.
Any other questions?
>They can do all the same a police officer can do
Depends on state. Where I'm at bail bondsmen can track but have no legal authority to arrest or use force. Routinely just follow people and call the cops on them.
Literally any citizen can make arrests or walk around with a stupid badge on their chest.
First of all not every citizen gets paid for that though, also misrepresenting yourself as employed in a regulated occupation such as a bounty hunter or private investigator is a crime in many states, but it's also perfectly fine in other states.
Why do some bounty hunters carry so many guns? I never understood that since if you kill the man you won't get paid.
You're not serving warrants to white collar guys
>. Giving us the right to ping their cell phone location,
More on this? Do you install some special shit on their phones which lets you track location?
>Literally any citizen can make arrests or walk around with a stupid badge on their chest.
>If a normal citizen walked around with a badge, they would be arrested for impersonating an officer
>Even bounty hunters/bondsman still get detained/cuffed by police until they can provide "credentials" - If you didn't have any - free ride to the station.
>If a normal citizen made an arrest they themselves could be arrested and/or sued for false imprisonment, kidnapping, you name it. What if you got the wrong guy?
I said before, I agree the badge is stupid. Doesn't mean you need to be ignorant about it.
>Why do some bounty hunters carry so many guns?
I only carried one handgun, P226, later on a 1911, folding baton, cuffs and a taser on a small duty belt. Even lighter if I wanted to be casual/concealed. I never understood some of the dudes carrying AR15s or other big rifles. Shotguns I could understand. We don't get paid if we kill the person, but I'm definitely going to shoot to kill if I'm fired on. Most of the time I would CC and blend in with the area.
>Do you install some special shit on their phones which lets you track location?
We paid for a premium service that can track/locate a persons cell phone to a pretty small radius. As part of the bail contract, we had them sign that they're waiving their rights for us to track it.... And that we will also bill them (or their cosigner) for the cost of the tracking service.
HODOR
How did you make enough dosh to buy a house off that. It sounds like a bull shit job. I really wouldn't be surprised if most people would just spit on you if you told them you were going to cuff them before they try running.
